It was an eventful Frankfurt Book Fair this year! For me also because the book “Mamas kaputter Akku” (“Mom’s Broken Battery”) got to be there for the first time — written by Anne Struve Schmidt, illustrated by me, and beautifully designed in Ernst Reinhardt Verlag. I met many lovely publishers and fellow illustrators and drew inspiration from all the wonderful books.
